Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Program enrollment

A valid peptides.my customer account is required to participate. Affiliate access may be approved, suspended, or revoked at our discretion for compliance, risk, or legal reasons.

2. Referral tracking

Referrals are tracked via your unique referral code and link. Attribution depends on available tracking signals and anti-fraud checks. Self-referrals or manipulated traffic may be excluded.

3. Commission model

Standard commission is 20% of net turnover on eligible referred orders, unless a different written agreement applies.

Net turnover means the goods subtotal snapshot used by our order system for affiliate calculation. Shipping fees, payment fees, taxes, chargebacks, cancelled orders, and non-collected payments are excluded.

4. Eligibility and payout timing

• Commission entry is created when a referred order is placed.
• Commission becomes payout-eligible only after payment confirmation.
• We may apply a review/hold period for fraud, disputes, or operational checks.

5. Reversals and adjustments

We reserve the right to reverse, reduce, or void commission entries for refunded orders, failed payments, chargebacks, duplicate tracking, policy violations, or technical attribution errors.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Brand bidding, impersonation, fake discounts, coupon abuse, and misleading claims.
• Spam, bot traffic, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, or synthetic conversion behavior.
• Promotion that violates applicable law, platform rules, or research-use restrictions.

7. Taxes and reporting

You are responsible for all tax, invoicing, and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction. We may request identity or payout verification before releasing payouts.

8. Program changes

We may update commission rates, eligibility criteria, payout mechanics, or these terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. On termination, pending entries may be withheld or cancelled where fraud, abuse, or unresolved disputes are suspected.
